Shipping Policy
At Nomad Supplier, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available). Use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nomadsupplier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Subject to stock availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nomadsupplier.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
